MOVE is a two-part, sonic exploration of the cello. Its initial inspiration comes from the resonances that could be heard within midi interpretations of the instrument as well as sample libraries. To my surprise, many of those same resonances manage to sing in the live performances of this work!
Though simple in concept, each performance and subsequent listening of this piece will grant a new sonic experience to the listener.
